This music album has 10 soulful romantic tracks with one video, taken from the poetry book ‘Pooja Karoon Ya Pyaar Karoon’ which is written by Mr. Ajit Sinha and published by Manasvi Prakashan, Indore. The album is released under the label of T-series.
The songs are of diverse moods and genres and have the fitting voices of popular playback singers Shaan, Sadhana Sargam, Javed Ali, Roopkumar Rathod, Sagarika, Vinod Rathod along with Jyothiraman Iyer and a couple of new talents, Shashika Mooruth & Shobhana Pradhan. Keeping in tune with the vast range and variety of the lyrics, each song is refreshingly different from the other.
The video song ‘Kaash Kabhi Toh. . .!’, rendered by Shaan and directed by Atul Gupta has been shot extensively on different locations in and around the city of Indore, MP. The highlight of this video is the picturesque span of the Regional Park in contrast with the congested narrow by-lanes of the Jinsi area of Indore.
This song is an endearing tale of a young man in a small town who falls in love with a beautiful dame at first sight, but the sensibilities and social set up of a small city’s packed neighborhoods don’t leave him a chance to express his love to the girl. The lively, yet soulful poetry is a complete story in itself that unfolds in a very interesting way in the video, depicting how the boy finally wins his ladylove, after almost losing her to an arranged marriage with somebody else.
The songs have been set to tune by Zulfqar Ali, who has successfully matched the intense, at times playful mood of the lyrics with his touching and catchy melodies. The music arrangement and sequencing of Kapil Gupta is contemporary and yet preserves the classy nature of the songs.
